06/27/2019 - She was very helpful and the house was sold out in 2 weeks only. Very reliable and fast. She also has good connections that helped inspection of the house to happen quickly too. She made the selling process of the house easy and helped the bank process move faster due to her connections. She knows a lot of properties in surrounding area which helped put in the market price and was able to sell the listed price.

12/30/2018 - Ivy has been he one who helps break the language barrier between us and the landlord. She was first on the scene when our hot water heater went out and made sure someone was there quickly to repair it. She helped get someone who could do the seasonal maintenance for the furnace in the autumn. She is the one to whom we write our rent check so that the landlord receives it. She is prompt to respond whenever we need anything and has always treated us with kindness and fairness. She is very competent in her job.
